I didn't come into my own with cooking until my late twenties. Self-taught. Therapy. Recipes created with love. Awareness of food allergies and digestive diseases. Eating Disorder recovery. My dishes veer towards soy and lactose-free but not limited to those. I don't adhere to one unique food lifestyle but Paleo, Low FODMAP, and Whole30 dominate. My goal is to show people no matter their circumstances healthy delicious recipes are doable.
